Project agreement
These website terms describe the general Website Nobles approach. A written project agreement or proposal controls the specific scope, deliverables, schedule, revision process, payment terms, and responsibilities for each engagement.
Scope and changes
Each project begins with an agreed scope and one-time fixed price. Work outside that scope requires written agreement before it begins and may change the fee or schedule.
Payment
Invoices, deposits, milestones, due dates, and any pause for overdue payment are defined in the project agreement. A website inquiry does not authorize work or payment.
Revisions and feedback
The project agreement defines review points and included revisions. Consolidated, timely feedback helps protect the schedule. A new direction or repeated work beyond the agreed revision allowance may require a scope change.
Client materials and approvals
The client is responsible for supplying accurate content, access, approvals, and materials they have the right to use. The client reviews business claims, legal statements, spelling, prices, and contact details before launch.
Third-party services and expenses
Domains, hosting, paid plugins, fonts, stock assets, payment processors, and other third-party products are included only when stated in writing. Their own terms, availability, pricing, and privacy practices remain outside Website Nobles’ control.
Ownership and portfolio use
Ownership transfers and license limits are defined in the project agreement and may depend on full payment. Pre-existing tools, third-party assets, and open-source components retain their original licenses. Any right to display finished work in a portfolio should also be stated in the agreement.
Timelines and delays
Schedules depend on timely access, content, feedback, approvals, and third-party availability. Material delays may require the schedule to be revised or the project to be paused.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, work already completed, non-refundable third-party expenses, and any refund eligibility are governed by the project agreement. No universal refund promise is created by this page.
Warranties and liability
Specific warranty, remedy, and liability terms belong in the project agreement. Website Nobles cannot guarantee business results, search rankings, uninterrupted third-party services, or outcomes controlled by platforms or users.
Review before launch
These terms require business and legal review before the production site launches. No legal jurisdiction or registered-business detail is asserted until it is confirmed.
