Before we begin
Useful answers.
No sales maze.
Pricing and scope
How is a project priced?
Each project has one agreed scope and one fixed one-time price. The deliverables, boundaries, and total fee are confirmed before work begins.
What happens if the scope changes?
New work is discussed before it begins. If it changes the agreed scope, you receive a separate quote or a documented adjustment rather than a surprise hourly charge.
How many revisions are included?
The agreed scope defines the review points and revision allowance. The goal is enough structured feedback to finish the approved direction—not an unlimited revision loop.
Process and timing
Do I need to know whether I need Improve, Redesign, or Build?
No. Choose “Not sure” on the inquiry form and explain what you have and what needs to change. The right service can be identified during the first conversation.
How long will the project take?
Timing depends on the number of pages, content readiness, feedback speed, and required functions. A realistic schedule is agreed with the scope before work begins.
What do you need from the client?
Usually: one decision-maker, timely feedback, accurate business information, access to the current site or hosting when relevant, and the approved text and media the project needs.
Can the project change after it starts?
Yes, but the effect on timing, deliverables, and price is agreed before the changed work proceeds.
Content, WordPress, and ownership
Do you write the website content?
Copy support can be included when it is part of the agreed scope. Otherwise, the client supplies final business facts and reviews all public claims for accuracy.
Do you build in WordPress?
Yes when WordPress is the right fit. This site itself uses a native WordPress block-theme approach designed for practical editing without a paid page builder.
Will I be able to edit the site?
Ordinary text, images, buttons, navigation, FAQs, projects, and service information are set up for normal WordPress editing. Custom structural changes may still need design or development work.
Who owns the finished website?
Ownership and any third-party license limits are stated in the project agreement. Once agreed invoices are paid, the client receives the deliverables described in that agreement.
Hosting, tools, and after launch
Are domain, hosting, or third-party fees included?
Only when the written scope says so. Hosting, domains, premium services, stock assets, and other third-party expenses are identified before purchase and are not silently folded into the project.
What happens after launch?
The handoff includes the agreed documentation and next steps. Ongoing support, maintenance, or new features can be scoped separately when needed.
Are the projects on the Work page real clients?
Items labeled “Concept Preview” are fictional design concepts created to demonstrate range and approach. A “Live Demo” label is used only when its actual demo destination exists.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
Once the form backend is connected, Website Nobles will review the brief and follow up to clarify goals, fit, scope, timing, and the next useful step. Sending a brief does not authorize work or payment.
